An account gets hacked when the personal information related to the account is directly shared. Roblox can help you recover your hacked account only once. You have to ensure all possible measures to secure your account information. Ensure that you don’t keep your account logged in on multiple devices.

Now, What do I do if my Roblox account gets hacked, and I don’t have an email?

Immediately share your problems with Roblox within 24 hours. Roblox can do nothing if you don’t tell them about your hacked account within that duration.

Go to the support page of Roblox and manually fill the form. Describe your issue in the Description box and select Account Hacked or Can’t log in Option. But, Before doing anything, get the latest version of Roblox download to make sure that it’s not the app that’s causing this problem.

Roblox allows the recovery of a hacked account only once. You cannot contact them for an account recovery more than once.

Here are the steps to recover a hacked Roblox account:

1. Remove Browser Extensions and Run a Full-Virus Scan

Remove any suspicious software from your PC along with browser extensions. Run a full virus scan to remove harmful files and programs. Then download Roblox from a trusted source.

Use necessary browser extensions from safe and verified websites.

2. Reset Your Password

Change your password to something difficult and use chrome extensions to save those passwords. Resetting Roblox password or changing it every week helps prevent account hacking on Roblox. I have made a full guide on how to reset the password on Roblox.

But, What if someone else added a PIN to my account?

Contact Roblox customer care and the Customer Support Team will assist you with removing the PIN.

3. Enable 2-Step Verification

Once you reset the password, quickly enable the two-step verification process. It will secure your account, and Roblox can soon help you with your problems.

Here are the steps to enable a 2-step Verification process in Roblox:

1. Go to Roblox Settings.
   
2. Click on Security Tab.
3. Enable the two-step verification process. Verify your email ID. Roblox will send a code to your email id when you log in from a new device.
   

4. Contact Roblox

Immediately share your problems with Roblox within 24 hours. Roblox can do nothing if you don’t tell them about your hacked account within that duration.

Go to the Roblox support page and manually fill the form. Describe your issue in the Description box and select Account Hacked or Can’t log in.

Contact Roblox from the first email address added to the account or from the billing email address used for the first payment made on the account.

Roblox will contact you through the mail. Perform the steps advised by Roblox. You will get your account back once you complete the steps accurately.

Note that: Hacked accounts are eligible for a one-time recovery. Roblox does not have a feature that allows returning an individual account to a previous state.

But,  What if the hacker changed the password, and the user doesn’t verify in Roblox?

Roblox may still be able to get back your hacked account if you provide them with enough information, like the email ID and the first password.
