How to check location history on google maps

Head to your Google account page and log in if you haven't already. Tap Data & privacy at the top of the screen (on mobile), or click it in the left sidebar (on a computer). Scroll down to Things you've done and places you've been and make sure that Location History is turned on. If it's not, tap it and toggle it on.

Open the Google Maps app on your Android or iOS device. Tap your profile picture or letter in the top-right corner and choose Your Timeline. This will show you a list of all your visited places.

Turn Location History on or off Go to the "Location History" section of your Google Account. Choose whether your account or your devices can report Location History to Google. Your account and all devices: At the top, turn Location History on or off.

Check If You Turned on Location History Open the Google Maps app. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner. Select “Settings”. Select “Personal Content”, and make sure Location History is turned on.
