It’s alright

It’s alright easy to use but the widget does not work for iOS

Wish they would get around to fixing the iPad version some year..

Ever since they changed the APP a couple years ago, the iPad version has been touchy. I can’t scroll on an account to see transactions without something constantly popping up because it thinks I tapped it (just trying to scroll)..
And now, after some type of update at BELCO a couple weeks ago, I can no longer view the transactions for any of my BELCO accounts. It just tells me there is nothing to display. But the left side gives me balances.
Still wishing after all this time they never played with what was working solid years ago.

Misleading

This app has many opportunities but in particular there is a fundamental one. If the app says “includes pending” it should actually include pending transactions. I am glad I keep track of my own funds on a personal ledger, or I would have had a very very large problem. 100% caused by the inaccurate reporting of “includes pending”. If the reason is it only works for certain transactions then maybe it shouldn’t say including pending at all!

I love being able to reconcile my checkbook on my cell phone! Are there ads on the app? See the optional question below. I don't know how to answer the question, because I didn't know there were any ads inside the app.

The app is easy to use for transferring between my checking and savings and for paying off my credit card. It's also pretty easy to read as far as pending purchases and therefore available balance. I've been coming to the bank for over ten years, and the app makes it even more convenient.

I just wish that you would be able to do all the same things that you can do on a land line, ex transfer $ to different members accounts not just your own.
