Which statement best helps to explain the observation that NH3 boils at C whereas PH3 boils at?

NH3 molecules makes strong intermolecular H bonding b/w themselves. But due to lesser electronegativity of larger PH3 molecules, they cannot form Hydrogen Bonding b/w themselves. In NH3, there is hydrogen bonding whereas in PH3 there is no hydrogen bonding. Therefore, the NH3 has higher boiling point than PH3.
