The Product Operations Manager role is crucial in helping scale product management at Brainly. Your main focus will be:

• continuously help to design and optimize the product management organization
• streamline, govern and maintain our A/B testing culture, framework and processes
• promote and facilitate product-related communication

You will report to the Director of the Product Center of Excellence and will work closely with the entire product management organization at Brainly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Optimize A/B testing frameworks, streamline and educate about the processes
• Help define best experimenting practices, hold teams accountable and facilitate alignment across all experiments run at Brainly
• Challenge the status quo of the product development and experimenting process and make analysis, recommendations, and provide solutions for certain challenges and projects
• Manage tools the product teams use for planning and tracking experiments and conduct  trainings how to use them
• Maintain document templates, guidelines, product knowledge base and ensure it is up to date
• Develop business processes in the most effective way and help to increase product teams’ productivity
• Review the cross-project environment to help identify dependencies and help to coordinate between stakeholders
• Onboard new product managers 
• Foster values of openness, honesty, and respect as well as a culture of transparency, trust and failure

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

• 2+ years of experience product management including running A/B tests
• Experience in organizing and executing cross-functional work and projects
• Experience in implementing and executing product development tools, processes, structures and frameworks 
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency
