We will deliver your order the day of your event and pickup the following morning. If you need same day pickup please call our office in advance to confirm we can accommodate your pickup time. There will be additional fee for same day pickup.

There is no silly string allowed in or around bounce houses or games. Silly string will permanently damage the bounce house. If Silly string is found on any rentals the customer will be held responsible for a full replacement of bounce house.

All rentals must be cleaned prior to pickup or drop-off. Any heavy cleaning will incur a $75-$400 cleaning fee.

Once rental have been delivered or in-person pickup there will be no refund for any unused items or supplies.

Please inspect any and all rental items for any damages not previously reported upon delivery or in-person pickup.
