What channel is the saints game on tonight

The 49ers are finally looking like the Super Bowl contender many expected them to be. They're mostly healthy for the first time in a long time, and it's translating to results.

The offense is so lethal with George Kittle, Deebo Samuel and Christian McCaffrey all on the field that Jimmy Garoppolo is looking like one of the NFL's more efficient quarterbacks.

After overtaking the Seahawks in the NFC West on Monday night, San Francisco will look to extend its momentum against the Saints.

New Orleans has looked like a legitimate NFC South contender at some points this season, but its lows have been too low. The offense has been hit-or-miss after Andy Dalton's early success under center, and they haven't been able to win back-to-back games all season.

Dalton put together one of his best performances of the season in a Week 11 win over the Rams, and it's going to take a similar display in San Francisco to take down the 49ers. New Orleans' defense, meanwhile, will have to figure out how to contain the 49ers' trio of Pro Bowl weapons.

If the Saints manage to pull off the upset, they'll at least be alive in the NFC South race. A loss would send them closer to the bottom of the NFC than playoff contention.

"Monday Night Football" in Week 13 features one of the most heated rivalries in recent history, as the Saints and Buccaneers meet down in Tampa.

The two NFC South foes are always good for some fireworks. In the first meeting between the two this season, Bucs wide receiver and Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore got into an altercation, resulting in the two of them receiving ejections. The bad blood between the two dates back to 2017, and there have been multiple incidents since.

The Bucs are coming off an overtime loss to the Browns where they were one stop away from ending the game in the fourth quarter before a David Njoku touchdown in the final minute forced the extra time. Meanwhile, the Saints could not muster up anything on offense against the 49ers in Week 12, resulting in a 13-0 shutout.

It's a pivotal matchup for the division, as Tampa Bay currently sits in first, despite a sub-.500 record of 5-6. The Saints are right behind at 4-8. Both teams are in desperate need for the win if they want to make the playoffs.
