CITIZENSHIP & NATURALIZATION
For clients who at the very least have been permanent residents for at least 5 years and want to become U.S. citizens. Clients can also apply for citizenship if they are married to a U.S. citizen for at least 3 years and the spouse has been a U.S. citizen for 3 years.
DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS (DACA)
For clients who would like to renew their DACA or obtain it for the first time. DACA renewals must be submitted to USCIS within 150 days of the DACA expiration date. Clients applying for the first time must have been under the age of 31 as of 6/15/2012 with no lawful status at the very least.
AFFIRMATIVE IMMIGRATION REMEDIES
For clients seeking to apply for family visa petitions, derivative citizenship, consular processing, adjustment of status, domestic violence cases (VAWA), T-Visas, U-Visas, and renewal of green cards.
REMOVAL DEFENSE SERVICES
For clients who are in removal proceedings and need attorney representation, detained, non-detained, and unaccompanied minors.
