Oct. 2021: We received this mattress in an incredibly timely fashion, considering the current difficulty with cargo. In 2 weeks time, it was shipped 2000 miles across country, and delivered! We owned a Serra Perfect Sleeper years ago, which is why we decided to try it again. The sleep quality we are getting is superb! Medium firm, soft pillow top……indeed a “perfect sleeper”.Update: Now 6 months later we are still loving this bed! Husband’s back issues and fitful sleeping are much improved. Slight indent in our respective spots, but an occasional rotation of the mattress, every 6 weeks or so adjusts that.

Unless your under 200lbs. or less, this matress is not worth the 800.00$ they want for it. Ive had ours for 5 months now, which ive only been able to use for 3 1/2 months, has got a bathtub sized recess in it already on my side. My last matress lasted 8 years before i had to replace it from the same problem. It may be a good matress for average sized people but is useless if your on the heavy side.

paying $800 for a quality mattress I expected this to last a lot longer then 60 days before it started sinking in on one side way more than the other side. Very disappointed because when we first received this it seemed like the great mattress but this is not performing as expected and this is not what I call back support according to the documentation that's listed with it here. I'm sure I'm just one of the Unlucky ones and that all the others that were ship were good but this one just doesn't cut it.

Really loving this mattress so far - have had it a week. I was nervous about purchasing a mattress online without trying it out first, but this mattress is great - the perfect balance of soft and firm. Previous mattress was a Sleep Number where I could control the firmness / softness and prefer this mattress over the Sleep Number.

I don’t recommend this Matress!
I bought this mattress and didn’t get the warranty! The mattress was defective on my view within a couple of months it started to sink. It was a nightmare to try to get a refund or an exchange. I sent proof of purchase to the seller and maker and they tossed me around for a good month. The issue was not resulted. I was so mad that it took me so much of my energy and time!

It as a heavy mattress to move around by yourself , the reward was phenomenal. I had two king koil mattresses for the past eight years , I have no back ache no body aches . I'm hoping in one year the mattress holds its shape. Worth the money.

I'm 9 months into ownership and I've been putting off leaving this review for a while now. At first it was domed in the middle which I assumed was to counteract eventual sagging but it was uncomfortable for a few weeks. Now we're on the opposite end of the spectrum. Despite regular turning of the mattress there is a divot. If I try to sleep more than 6 hours I wake up with terrible lower back pain. Next time I'll pay more for something with a guarantee.
