I bought a package deal from them at Brandsmart. The deal if I bought 4 products I would get a 15% reimbursement. I went on their page found the 15% percent deal and put in all the info on all the products. I didn't hear from them for a month. I called them and they told me I picked the wrong deal and I needed to find the right one. By that time the deal was expired, I took it to the highest possible department at Samsung and they wrote to me "This is the highest level you can go at Samsung and we will not honor our deal", That would have been 2,000.00 savings. They are crooks and I would never buy Samsung again. If you read this thread lightly with Samsung, Worst costumer service ever. If your product stops working or if you have any kind of problem, Samsung’s advice is “good luck”, no matter how many hours you spend on the phone and online chat with them.
