What is Card-to-Cloud (C2C)?
C2C, or Card-to-Cloud, enables healthcare providers to access patient therapy and usage data via the device’s SD card. Current Air10™ C2C devices capture but cannot relay data directly to the cloud. Your sleep specialist can use AirView™ to log your data by manually downloading it off your SD card which is located on the side of your AirSense 10.

Do C2C devices come with an SD card?
Yes. All C2C devices come with a compatible SD card installed in the device.

Why is ResMed offering C2C devices?
C2C is ResMed’s temporary decision specifically aimed at alleviating the unmet needs of hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide waiting for ResMed PAP therapy during the current worldwide chip shortage.

How can I identify that the device is a C2C device?
Air10 C2C devices are identifiable by the following:

• Air10 C2C devices have unique model numbers
• Air10 C2C devices will have unique labeling
• When powered on, Air10 C2C devices will not have any cellular bars on the top-right corner of the home screen

Will I be able to use myAir app with AirSense 10 C2C devices?
No. You will not have visibility to your therapy and usage data within the myAir app. The myAir app will not capture your sleep data from the Air10 C2C device.

How do I see my performance on therapy with my AirSense 10?
You will be able to see your nightly data on the device home screen each morning and view your therapy reports by accessing the Sleep Report menu on the home screen.

To have access to comprehensive therapy details within the Sleep Report menu, ensure that Essentials Plus is selected on the device. Essentials Plus can be enabled within the Clinical Menu by selecting Settings, followed by Essentials and finally by selecting Plus.

Essentials Plus enables highly-engaged patients to access additional features, including changing mask type, EPR (if available), SmartStart, and Run Warmup.

Which accessories can I use with the Air10 C2C devices?
AirSense 10 C2C devices are compatible with all existing AirSense 10 accessories and components. AirSense 10 device accessories and components will have no change to current model numbers.

How will clinicians see how patients are performing on therapy with an AirSense 10 C2C device?
Clinicians will be able to use AirView to log data by manually downloading it off the device’s SD card.

Is this a travel-friendly machine? Is it heavy and can I remove the humidifier?
While not explicitly designed for travel, the AutoSet is actually a very transportable machine. The humidifier is completely removable, too; so if you are short on space or just don't like the humidifier, you can disconnect it from the machine easily.

Am I allowed to bring my AirSense on a plane?
Yes, you are: medical equipment does not count against an airline's luggage limit. Make sure that you don't fill your water chamber before the flight.

Will the old ClimateLine tubing work on the new AirSense 10?
No, the old ClimateLine tubing is not compatible with the latest machine. It features different prongs.

*Note: Do not remove the SD card from the device when the SD light is flashing, because data is being written to the card.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Always wash your hands before touching any part of your CPAP.

1.  Disposable filter - found on the left-hand side of the machine behind the door with holes. Discard and replace each month. The filter keeps the air you breathe clean and the protects the machine motor from dust build up, as well.
2. Tubing - hang to dry whenever you see moisture within it. Wash once a week. Soak in a clean sink of warm, soapy water. Choose a mild detergent in a scent you like. Rinse well. Hang to dry. (This applies to both heated and non heated tubing.)
3. Water chamber - Wash once a week, in a clean sink of warm, soapy water, use a toothbrush to clean every corner. Lay to dry.

Replace your tubing and water chamber every 6 months to one year for optimal and bacteria free therapy.

What do we talk about when it comes to CPAP? We talk about size, weight, noise level, and appearance. Whatever you may be looking for, the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP with HumidAir might be the CPAP for you.

Coming in at 10.04 in L x 4.57 in W x 5.91 in H, this AutoPAP or APAP sizes right up with the rest. The weight is less than 3 lbs with the humidifier attached. Compared to other Auto PAP Machines, the noise level is rather quiet. Users of this APAP seem impressed by how quiet it is compared to other Auto CPAP Machines. ResMed has done a great job with its appearance, making it look like a clock radio.

Humidification seems to be the talk. ResMed has taken the AirSense 10 AutoSet humidification to the next level with ClimateLineAir heated tubing. This tubing helps maintain the temperature throughout the entire air circuit. You can set the Auto Climate Control mode, which takes into consideration the room temperature and adjusts the humidification delivered at the mask. This feature, along with the humidifier, should help with water in the tubing.

The humidifier’s heating plate is built so that its water chamber is directly attached to the machine. Its settings range between off and 8, with 8 being the highest level of humidification. When using humidification, it is essential to notice your water level within your tubing and mask. If you are receiving water droplets in either, you will want to decrease your setting on the humidifier. If you are waking up to a dry nose or mouth, it indicates that you need to increase your humidifier setting.

Other features that help this unit stand out are the AutoRamp, SmartStart, and Expiratory Pressure Relief. All three of these features are for comfort and convenience to help you fall asleep with ease.

AutoRamp allows the unit to sense when you are awake or asleep. Once you’re asleep, this neat feature will comfortably raise the air pressure to your prescription level, allowing a smooth transition from wakefulness to sleep. So, there is no need to suffer trying to adjust to high pressures when you can hit a button to allow a lower pressure that will ramp up over time to your prescribed pressure. This feature coupled with the Expiratory Pressure Relief makes for a comfortable night’s rest.

Expiratory Pressure Relief, which is a standard on all ResMed CPAP units going forward, is intended for comfort. While using CPAP, it can be difficult to breathe out against your prescribed pressure, causing you to stop therapy. Expiratory Pressure Relief helps by lowering the pressure during exhalation while keeping your airway open. This allows your breathing to feel more natural, allowing you to fall asleep quicker.

SmartStart is added for convenience. Once you are in bed and have your mask on, start to breathe, and the unit will start. If you should take your mask off to go to the bathroom, the unit will sense it and shut off. This feature is terrific. It not only allows you to hop into bed and get yourself adjusted, but it helps so that you’re not leaning over constantly to turn your unit on/off.

So, here are final thoughts and considerations regarding the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. Even though this unit is smaller, lighter, and quieter, it’s not a travel unit. If you are a traveler, this unit will take up more space. You may like the travel bag that the unit comes with and find that the machine is smaller than the previous units you have used, but if you travel by plane, it is better suited in your carry on luggage.

In my opinion, the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet has excellent features to help bring you into the next level of APAP therapy!

The main reason for a heated hose is to avoid moisture buildup in the CPAP tube. If you use a fan at night or if your bed is near a window, sometimes the moisture from the humidifier can condense and pool in the hose before it gets to your airway.
When this happens, it can wake you up by creating a loud popping sound as the air blows past the water, and in some cases it can cause what we refer to as "rain out" where the water starts to splash on to your face or pour into your nose. The heated hose insulates the air from the cooler temperatures in your room to avoid this. You can also adjust the heat in the hose for your comfort, which makes this a great upgrade to the standard hose!

I have recently purchased this C-Pap from Respshop. I have severe apnea and this machine has been great. I sleep well and feel rested. I love the ramp feature which slowly applies pressure for the first 40 minutes. This is easily adjusted to the comfort of the person using it including turning it off. Great product.

I have had this machine for just over one month as a replacement for the Dreamstation 1 which I had for a little over one year. I liked the Dreamstation 1. I like this machine even better. I have read complaints about the humidifier tank and how filling it is an inconvenience. I think that is a very minor thing and does not bother me at all. I love the size, lightweight, the bluetooth connectivity and the quitness of this machine. I have flown with all three Phillips machines I have had in the past 18 years. This is the smallest and lightest. Would I like the humidifier tank easier to remove and fill? Yes. Is it a deal breaker? No. I am happy with this machine.

I love my new Resmed AirSense 10. I have been using the Resmed 9 for several years now and this new one is definitely easier to sleep with. They have done something with the way that it handles my exhaled air and how natural the breathing feels. I am sleeping better. It does seem to use more water than the Resmed 9 but not much and it's really not a problem. And because the hose is not heated I'm not feeling like I'm breathing hot air. Again, it just feels more natural.

I have only had it a week. The first couple days was a little tough as I was waking up in the night with a very dry mouth and there was a little condensation in my nasal pillow/nose. The humidifier was set on 4, so I moved it to 1. Same thing, dry mouth a little condensation. On my old machine I hardly every used the humidifier and do not remember ever having a dry mouth, though I did have condensation from time to time.
Read the booklet and reviews on the internet regarding the dry mouth. Increased the humidifier to 6. The last two nights, no dry mouth and no condensation. :)
It is quieter than my old CPap. Though I could start my old machine with just a strong breath into my nasal pillows. Not sure if AirSense 10 allows you to do that or at least I haven't figured out how to set it up for that.
Overall, I really like it!

I rece9ived an email with a tracking link notification that the package was delivered.. Hoever the link does not show where the package was delivered. It oinly show who signed for it.
