My first Raymour & Flanaigan experience!

Your salesman, Bastian Romero was wonderful! As soon as I walked through the door he greeted me with a big smile. I told him what I wanted to see and he walked with me to look at what I was interested in. The store was set up in such a manner that I could see everything clearly. I was not rushed into anything which I really appreciated! I came to the store on Monday and returned on Tuesday and bought my new furniture!

The delivery was scheduled for November…

The delivery was scheduled for November 9 between 11 AM and 2 PM. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. I stayed home for nothing. I called and I was told that one of the two dressers arrived broken so they have to reorder. Nonetheless they did not deliver the one good dresser. I was told it will be delivered on the 13th. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

We had a very nice experience.

We had a very nice experience. Greeted by a sales person and she directed us to the area in which way to traditional or modern styles of sofas. We proceeded to look around and with her help we were able to decide on a sofa set that met all our requirements (size,materials,comfortable). She was very helpful and answered all our questions.
BUT we find this Trustpilot experience too technical and intrusive for us. Took too much time to follow! No account is necessary.

Stunning Dining Room

I had a great experience from start to finish. My Sales Representative Marv at the 66th Street showroom was so helpful. He walked me process and I placed my order the same day. I had renovations going on in my home and my order was held until I was ready. I received my order and it absolutely stunning

I was told that I would be given…

I was told that I would be given confirmation of delivery the day before the delivery service. It is the day of delivery and I have not recieved correspondance. I tried to contact customer service via the chat feature and it just redirects me to the same unhelpful portion of their website then says "chat ended". I then call their customer service and after going through their automated process I end up at a voice mail. This is unprofessional, please take your business elsewhere.

Unprofessional

I was at the Jenkintown store, & the sale person was very unprofessional. He wanted to charge me full price without me seeing exactly what the total amount was. Also the cashier was the exact same thing. The manager was very rude, saying that they don’t give any loyalty discounts.

Very professional staff.

I was greeted at the door and got all the help from several individuals that I could have wanted. I came in with a definite desire to buy a sofa during that visit and I did that. I received intelligent-sounding answers to all of my questions and feel that I was treated as a respected customer. It was November 6 but this program refuses to let me enter that date.

Asia was a great sales agent

Asia was a great sales agent. No pressure and was able to answer all of our questions. She allowed us to wander the store on our own without following us around every corner as too many sales people tend to do. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is furniture shopping.

Best experience out of 4 stores!

We were warmly greeted at the store by the manager and encouraged to spend some time looking around after an explanation of how the store is laid out. A sales associate checked in with us and then let us continue to try things out without hovering, which was so appreciated. This was the 4th furniture store we had been to that day and we were kind of fried by the time we walked in. I wish we had started at Raymour & Flanigan because it was the best experience of the day! I will definitely recommend to others to start here!

Exceptional service

The salesperson (Ashley) took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made a great effort to find me something in my budget that will fit my needs.
Though the product they had available was not at this particular store, she pieces in store that were very similar in terms of seating/reclining experience and material. I was able to get a good idea of the comfort without the actual product in the store.
I was very pleased with my experience and am looking forward to getting delivery of our new product.
