The bathroom was musty and moldy because of the long term leaking around the bathtub edges. The bed needs to be replaced, it sinks too much which made my
head lower than my feet. The walls and doors are quite thin. I could hear everything from a conversation on one side and the crying children on the other side. Not to mention the constant door slamming from every single person entering or leaving their rooms on the floor. For the amount of money per night I spent here, I was expecting the decent quality of other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The staff was nice and helpful, though. Upon check in I asked if there was availability for a longer stay. There wasn't, which is fine. However, when I asked if there was availability in a sister property in Norwich that I had passed the front desk clerk just looked at me and said he didn't know. I asked for the number to
other property, he said he didn't have it and dismissed me. There wasn't even anyone in line behind me. I was visibly upset with clear evidence I had been crying. He was so rude. There was no service or internet access in my room. It was a dead zone. For me to book another room somewhere else for the remainder of my husband's hospitalization, I had to go in the lobby and find a corner where I could find a signal. All the while the same front desk clerk was just staring at me. The bed was very
