You can turn off your account's automatic renewal feature and by doing so, your subscription will expire at the end of its term. Keep in mind that once your subscription expires, you will lose the ability to read and write custom messages with matches and view their photos. For subscriptions purchased on the web

In order to turn the automatic renewal feature off, you can do so within your account's Data & settings section by clicking on the "Amend subscription" link.

For subscriptions purchased through iTunes (Apple)

Apple does not provide developers with direct access to manage subscriptions purchased through iTunes. All subscriptions purchased through Apple must be managed through your iTunes subscription settings. We recommend reaching out to Apple directly if you need assistance with updating your renewal.

For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play App (Android)

Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.

1. Open the Google Play app 
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

Turn off auto-renew and cancel subscriptions for your products. When you cancel renewal for a product, your subscription will end and you won’t be charged on the next billing date. If you change your mind, you can manually renew the product.

Note: If you purchased your product through a mobile app store like the Apple App Store or Google Play, you need to use that mobile app store to make changes to your subscription.

1. Go to your GoDaddy Renewals & Billing page. You might be prompted to sign in.
2. Next to your product or domain, select the checkbox.
   
   
   • Turning off auto-renew for a subscription with multiple products will apply to all products in the subscription. The products cannot be individually changed.
3. At the top of the page, select Cancel Renewal.
   
   
4. A new window will appear. Select Cancel Renewal, and we'll confirm that automatic renewal has been cancelled.
   
   

   Note: If your domain has Ownership Protection, we need to verify your identity. If you enabled two-step verification (2SV) more than 72 hours ago, we'll send a verification code via SMS text message or your preferred authenticator app. If you don't have 2SV enabled, or it was enabled within the last 72 hours, select Send Password to send a one time password to your email address instead.

When renewal is cancelled, the Billing Date column shows the date your product subscription ends. You can keep using the product until the end date.

Warning: If you don't manually renew the product before the end of your subscription, the product will be removed from your account and might not be recoverable.

3. Select “Subscriptions.” This should take you to a list of your active and inactive subscriptions.

4. Click on the subscription you want to cancel. Then, tap “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Free Trial” — the wording may vary depending on the membership — and confirm.

How to cancel subscriptions on your Mac

If you’re using a desktop or laptop, the cancellation process will look slightly different. The process might also vary based on the operating system your Mac is running. Here’s what to do if you have the latest, macOS Monterey:

1. Go to the App Store and click on your name.

2. Click on "Account Settings." You'll be asked to sign in with your Apple ID and password if you aren't already.

3. Scroll to "Subscriptions."

4. Once you click on "Manage," you will be taken to your list of subscriptions. Click on the "Edit" button next to the subscription you want to end and select "Cancel Subscription."

How to reactivate a subscription on your Apple device

To reactivate on your iPhone or iPad, take the following steps:

You will find these receipts under the "Purchase History" section of your Apple ID settings.

Automatically generating receipts can also help you save money by making reimbursements easier. If your employer offers health benefits like subsidizing gym memberships but requires a receipt before reimbursing you, selecting this feature will make the process go smoother.

Another setting to check: If you’re paying for a family plan for your subscriptions, but haven’t activated the option, then you aren’t getting the most out of them and could wind up paying for individual subscriptions you don’t need.
