Making these ribs is super easy. To make this recipe, use the pressure cooking and the air crisp feature of the NInja Food Deluxe 9 in 1. Pressure cooking the boneless ribsTo use the pressure cooking feature of the Ninja Foodi, you need liquid. You can use a cup of water, however for this recipe I highly recommend using beer. You will need one cup of beer. Any beer will work great. I used a citrus flavored craft beer from the Florida Brewery located in Auburndale Florida called Beach Me up. In the removable pot, place ribs in a single layer. I used almost 3 pounds of Butt Country Style Ribs. Pour one cup of beer over the ribs. Sprinkle heavily the following spices: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, minced onions or onion powder. Place the pressure cooker lid on. Make sure the valve is on “SEAL”. Set on high pressure for 25 minutes of pressure cooking time. When the 25 minutes has expired, let the pressure naturally release for at least 10 minutes. You can then move the valve from “SEAL” to “VENT”. When all the steam has released, remove the pressure lid. Air crisping the Ninja Foodi RibsUsing silicone mitts or pot holders, remove the pot and pour off any excess liquid. Leave the boneless ribs in the bottom of the pot. Cover each of the ribs with the barbeque sauce of your choice. I just squirted it on. Normally you would use the air crisp basket of the Ninja Foodi to air fry. For this recipe, I simply left the ribs in the bottom of the inner pot. If you have a pressure cooker where you must use an air fryer basket to air fry, you would want to put your ribs into the air fryer basket. Close the air crisp lid. Using the air crisp cooking feature, set to 390 degrees for 10 minutes cooking time. Serve with your favorite side like Macaroni and Cheese. You may want to add additional sauce. The Secret To Tender Ninja Foodi Ribs? What is the secret to tender Ninja Foodi ribs? The answer: Pressure cook the ribs first. My preference is to have my country ribs fall apart and to not have to use a knife to cut them into small enough pieces to eat. In order to have absolutely tender, juicy ribs you should start by pressure cooking the ribs for at least 25 minutes. I also recommend a natural release of the steam for at least 10 minutes after the pressure cooking finishes. After the 10 minutes, you may then quick release the remaining steam by moving the valve from “SEAL” to “VENT”.
