I love this product and am so disappointed when it is out of stock. It is a seasoned 2.75 pound boneless turkey breast. I cooked it from frozen to perfect in my instant pot (2 cups of water and place on trivet then high pressure 45 min if frozen, 29 min if thawed then natural release). It comes out perfectly cooked and juicy. The one thing I don't like about oven baked turkey is that is can often get dry this is not at all dry. It slices easily for dinner and for sandwiches. The seasoning is perfect. You don't have to do any preparation because it can go from your freezer to your instant pot. The only critcism I have is the gravy. It was easy to make, but much too salty in my opinion. I ended up using ready made McCormick gravy instead which was perfect. This is a great product to have in your freezer to prepare if you need something last minute or planned.

Everything is good to eat . No bones, fat etc
Lots of flavor very moist. I used leftovers for sandwiches and omelette. Great buy

This turkey breat is awesome! It cooks in a bag so it comes out super juicy. It also has a really nice flavor. And for me, the best part is the gravy pouch it comes with. Quite honestly, I keep purchasing these mainly for the gravy, lol! I know it's weird but this gravy is amazing. I wish they'd sell it separately **Hint Hint to the Jennie-O company**. Also, you can cook it frozen! Unlike a turkey you need to defrost for hours... I'm glad I can purchase this year-round :)

Comes frozen in baking bag. Just take frozen turkey and put in baking dish cut slits in bag, and roast for 2 - 3 hours. Mine was ready in 2 hours. Perfectly done juicy breast. Only advise, the gravy bag is way saltier than I ever use. the roast was delicious without.

Turkey was very dry and over priced for what you get.

We buy one of these about twice a month, depending on where in the country you live it could take between 1.5 and 3.5 hours (it took 3hrs in L.A. and 1.5hrs in Denver) to cook, so after the first hour - insert a probe thermometer in and pull it out at or before 165 degrees.
Pro tip: use a slow-cooker or roasting pan liner in the pan you cook this in, OR use a Cast-Iron pan - that way you catch ALLLLLL of the delicious drippings (they leak out of the bag and will discolor your roasting pan forever) but if you capture them, you can mix them with the included GRAVY ice-berg, and make the most delicious thanksgiving-day-style home made gravy with it!.

Tender meat, easy to cook. Went from freezer to oven in less than 5 minutes (more like 2 minutes). cooking time was less than 3 hours. The liquid that the turkey was basting in is very salty, and I did not add it into the gravy mix as was suggested by the package. The gravy that comes with the package was slightly on the salty side, so I diluted it by adding a bit more water. The turkey tastes fine without the gravy. Suggest you serve the gravy on the side, or dilute the gravy, or not even use the gravy. Next time I will try cooking using the slow cooker, per package instructions.

I found this turkey to be so fresh and tender once cooked. It was slightly smaller than I thought it would be when taking it out the oven so next time I will get two so we can have leftovers but it surely satisfied our craving of having Thanksgiving food items in April. They make it easy instructions wise and it comes in its own bag and gravy included so all you really need is a roasted pan to catch the overflow of juices from the bag while in the oven and some stove top dressing, green beans, and Mac and cheese and you are in there!

I will admit, I have never baked these Turkey breasts, but I have put them in the smoker and they come out fabulous. I open the bags up, rinse the seasoning off and put on my own brown sugar based dry rub. I then smoke them over apple wood for several hours until it hits 165. Once it hits 165, I let it rest for at least 30 minutes and then enjoy!
