Zoom virtual backgrounds dont work for everyone Although weve used Zoom virtual backgrounds on a number of devices, theyre not supported on all phones. There doesnt seem to be any particular reason why, although flagship phones are more likely to offer it than lower spec devices.

Q: Why I cant change my background in zoom?

If youre an account member, go to Meeting Settings, but if youre an account administrator, head to My Meeting Settings. From there, select the Meeting tab, head to the Virtual Background option, and toggle the status to turn on the feature.
