Car window tinting is easily one of the most effective and least expensive options for your windows to get a shiny and attractive look. If you are looking to rev up your car’s style quotient then taking your car to a professional installer and getting tour car windows tinted is probably the best choice. Car window tints come in different variants including the SPF protectants that keep the ill effects of the harmful UV rays away. These car window
tints will only allow the appropriate light inside while making the interior look more spacious and also reducing the glare. Getting the car windows tinted is extremely popular but there are times when people complain about tiny bubbles appearing between the window and the tint sheet. Air bubbles usually appear if – Once the windows are tinted, the big question arises that when will it be ok to roll down the windows. If you roll down the car windows too soon especially after advanced glass tinting, the windows can face a number of problems. Almost all the tinting professionals recommend
that the car owners must wait at least 3 – 4 days after the tinting is installed before rolling the windows down. By waiting for 3 – 4 days, you can ensure that the tint is adhering to the glass properly. If you neglect this issue, it can lead to problems as huge as having to reinstall the tint and it can cost you a fortune. An important detail that most people must be aware of is how to properly dry the windows during cloudy or hazy conditions after installation. Even though it is normal but the air can cause air bubbles in the tint due to the air packets which are working their way out of the tint. Over time, these bubbles and the haziness will easily dissipate and you will get clear tinted windows. It is often recommended to try to keep the windows warm and in presence of sunlight especially if
there is a presence of bubbles in the window. You can make use of natural sunlight or hairdryer to keep the window warm and remove any bubbles if they are present.

... and I don't know what to look for. I got my G35 tinted on thursday. It was done by 6pm, and I asked the people how long I should wait to roll down the windows and they said 24 hours. I'm driving about 6 hours later, and of course I roll my driver side window down without thinking about it . There does not seem to be any immediate damage, but when I returned to my house that night I thought I saw a couple of bubbles from the outside, but could not see them from the inside. The next day I couldn't see any bubbles from any side. The window in question seems fine, just like the other windows, but I'm not sure if there is a slow damage that will occur, or if the damage is immediately noticeable. Can anyone recommend if I should take it to the place I had it done? I don't want them to say it needs to be replaced when it doesn't and charge me for it. Thanks.

I tell some that "if it was my car I would roll them down 'today', but I recommend waiting 3 days." My biggest worry is that there might be water pooling up into bubbles and if they get pushed then you will get a "snail trail" that will not go away..... I really don't worry about it much anymore. If the film is squeegeed out well enough then there is not much going to go wrong. Don't worry about it man.

I actually fell victim to the fast food drive through .Thanks for all of the quick replies. Another thing I noticed is that when I pass lights at night they sometimes look almost streaked through that window, but that might be because after I rolled down the window I rubbed my finger over pretty much the whole window so I assume its from my finger streaks. I'll wash them off (with a light soap and water ) and see how it looks then. Thanks again everyone!

Iwait about two weeks and take it back to the tint shop. Just look dumb and say its bubbling and you want it fixed. thats what everyone else that rolls down windows too soon does.

If you roll the windows down before the tint fully adheres to the glass, you risk tearing the tint or causing other issues.
How do I know when my tint is cured? To determine whether your new tint is dry, be on the lookout for the bubbles and haziness of your new window to fade away. This haziness is caused by the water evaporating, so when your window looks like it's been factory installed, you can feel confident your tint has dried.
