If youre on the phone or choose not to answer, the call will be forwarded to the destination phone number. You can still make outbound calls with this feature activated. To deactivate the No Answer/Busy Transfer feature, just dial *73.

Call forwarding allows you to forward calls from your home phone to another phone so you don't miss a call.

To activate Call Forwarding, dial *72. Dial the number to which you want to forward your calls. When someone at that number answers, Call Forwarding is activated.

If no one answers or the line is busy, press the receiver button for one second and repeat the steps listed above within two minutes. When you hear two beeps, Call Forwarding has been activated.

To deactivate Call Forwarding, dial *73. You will hear two short tones followed by dial tone indicating Call Forwarding has been deactivated.

Change the number of rings
It’s easy to change the number of rings before calls are forwarded.

Enter *47 when you hear the dial tone.
Enter the code from this table when you hear the second dial tone. For example, enter 30 to forward calls after 5 rings.

You can make outgoing calls from your home phone while calls are being forwarded.
When Call Forwarding is turned on, you may hear a brief ring when someone calls you, but you will not be able to answer calls on that line until Call Forwarding is turned off.
If you have voicemail set up, incoming calls that would normally go to voicemail will go to the forward-to number. If the forward-to number has voicemail and no one answers the forwarded call, your call will go to the voicemail of the forward-to number.
If you forward a call, additional local and long-distance charges may apply.
