Can't remember your password? Your browser probably does. If you usually save your passwords in your browser, chances are good you can still retrieve it. Alternatively, you can try to reset your mail.com password by going to our reset password site and following the
instructions there. A link will be sent to your saved contact email address or cell phone number that will allow you to change your password.
View saved passwords in Firefox
- Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
- Click Options.
- Click Privacy & Security and scroll down to Logins and Passwords.
- Click Saved Logins...
The Firefox password manager opens in a new tab.
- If you need to narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field.
- In the list on the right, click the appropriate entry.
- Click the eye icon.
