Recall an Email

Start Outlook and select the "Sent Items" folder in the Navigation Pane. Double-click the message you want to recall to open it.
Select the "Message" tab of the email message window.
Click the "Actions" drop-down arrow in the Move group and select "Recall This Message." Select "Delete Unread Copies of This Message."
Select the "Tell Me if Recall Succeeds or Fails for Each Recipient" check box if you want to a notification informing you about the results of your attempt and click "OK."

Replace an Email

How to Unsend Email in Outlook

Outlook includes the option to unsend email, but one thing to note is that if people have already read it, you’ll be unable to fully recall that message.

Select the Sent Items folder on the Navigation Pane in Outlook, and double-tap to open the email you sent by mistake or want to unsend.
To unsend the message in Outlook, click Message > Actions > Recall This Message.

Outlook doesn’t include the robust features of an app like Spike for truly unsending an email message. Outlook the app doesn’t work well for unsending messages sent to Google Workspace or other non-Microsoft solutions.
