The property was close to all the attractions within a few minutes walk...Good breakfast every morning & friendly & helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and professional The hotel was in the middle of Bay st and convenient to everything

Parking was very expensive, 40 dollars per night. No way.

Convenient to everything downtown Savannah and super clean.

Didn't like that the pool was closed for maintenance - hitting summer time, this kind of maintenance should be completed during off season. Didn't like that there were no luggage strollers available for use at 11 pm at night and that people must have been hiding them in their rooms - I had over 8 pieces of luggage to haul back and forth at the time of my checkout. Overall, staff was very friendly and informative.

Very convenient and affordable

We did not like that they only offered to use their parking garage if you chose Valet Parking for $39.00 per night. The first morning bread was completely out at the breakfast buffet.

Room and bathroom were clean and nice. Nice staff. Didn’t know the pool was closed until we got there.

Likes: location. Staff was very kind and helpful. Valet was on point. Free breakfast. Dislikes: bed was not comfortable and sheets had a semi rough texture. Pillows were flat. Overall room was very cold even with the heat on during the night.

Me and my family had the best time staying in this hotel! Everything was clean and the staff were extremely friendly.the breakfast was delicious and I couldn’t believe how many options there were to choose from! The pool is beautiful.we will hopefully return sooner then later. Also our flight was leaving after checkout and they so graciously let us store our bags in a closet so that we could go out and enjoy our last day in Savannah. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Overall great experience, limited interaction with staff and some amenities unavailable due to the local RONA regulations.

Staff was great. Parking a bit of a challenge. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked Hampton Inn for its location. Everything was very close. Parking under the hotel is tight, but there is an additional lot across the street. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast is ok and selections are limited, but it's a hot buffet which is a welcome change from other places were you get cold bagged breakfast. All and all, I would stay at this property again.
