She had a busy weekend of LA events so Isla Fisher enjoyed some down time this week.

The gorgeous actress was pictured catching up with a pal at a Hollywood Hills deli on Thursday where she chatted and sipped on iced coffee.

The 39-year-old star was casually clad in her gym gear but layered on a stylish biker jacket to keep out the autumn chill.

Isla showed off her her slender legs in cropped leggings which she teamed with a loose grey t-shirt by Z Supply.

The Wedding Crashers star looked like she'd been for a workout as she sported colourful trainers yet looked fresh as a daisy with a perspiration-free complexion.

She shaded her eyes with flattering sunglasses and left her fiery red locks flowing loose.

Over the weekend Isla attended a Hollywood Halloween party with her husband of five years, Sacha Baron Cohen.

The duo were humorously dressed as a retired couple with matching grey wigs and colourful tracksuits.

On Friday however it was all glam as Isla attended the 29th American Cinematheque Awards honoring Reese Witherspoon.

The mother-of-three donned a cut-out white dress as she posed with actresses Kate Hudson and Jennifer Aniston.

Meanwhile, Isla has been busy filming Tom Ford drama Nocturnal Animals - which she stars in alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, Amy Adams, Aaron-Taylor Johnson and Armie Hammer.

The adaptation of Austin Wright’s 1993 book Tony and Susan follows a woman (Adams) who gets sent a mysterious manuscript from her ex-husband asking for her opinion.

Susan becomes enthralled with the fictional life of the protagonist, Tony Hastings (Gyllenhaal) and his wife Laura (Fisher), and as both stories unfold, Susan is plunged back into her dark past.

Split into two parts, the second half of the movie follows Tony and his family vacation which takes a violent turn.

Isla shares seven-month-old son Montgomery and daughters Elula, five, and seven-year-old Olive with Sacha, 44.

Insinuating Lopez and Affleck's attendees were told about the plan "last minute," the insider scoffed about the pair thinking people will "drop everything" for their special day. "It’s not as if they have chartered a private plane and invited everyone to stay at the house."

Continued the unimpressed source: "Travel and accommodations are expensive. Of course, everyone what’s to party with them, but not everyone can afford it or has a schedule where they can drop everything at the last minute. They don’t realize that no everyone lives like them."
