Do I Qualify?
If you've purchased Fairlife or Fair Oak Farms milk products on or before April 27, 2022 you qualify. The settlement covers milk, ice cream, butter, yogurt and other dairy products from both Fairlife and Fair Oak Farms. Submit your claim now. There are 52 products part of the settlement.

How Much Can I Claim?
The settlement allows for refunds of up to 25%, though the deal caps payments for class members at $80 with proof of purchase or $20 without proof of purchase. Class members who claim purchases both with and without proof of purchase can collect payments of up to $100. 

Deadline to file is Dec. 27, 2022. Only file truthful claims.

CHICAGO – The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois announced a settlement was reached in a class action lawsuit alleging certain fairlife and Fair Oaks Farms dairy products were falsely labeled and marketed.

The lawsuit against fairlife, The Coca-Cola Company, Select Milk Producers, Fair Oaks Farms and Mike and Sue McCloskey claimed certain products were produced using milk from cows that were allegedly not treated humanely. The defendants denied all allegations and the court has not decided who is right.

Anyone who purchased the products listed in the lawsuit before April 27, 2022, is included in the settlement. A complete list of products covered can be found online at www.fairlifemilksettlement.com.

A $21 million settlement fund was created to pay settlement class members who submit timely and valid claims. Claims can be submitted online at www.fairlifemilksettlement.com, and forms can be downloaded from the website or obtained by calling a toll-free number, 1-855-604-1865.
