Good stuff! I wish everyone who enjoyed music would dig deep into the music of Elvis, no doubt they'd be pleasantly surprised!

Over looked excellent. Has very good songs you do not get to hear often. He was in the midst of a career resurgence kick-started by the ’68 Comeback Special.

5.0 out of 5 stars The king

I can't get enough of Change of Habit, I love this film, my favourite, the songs from Trouble with girls are the best bit of the movie, and of course Elvis himself, dressed in a white suit, looking as gorgeous as ever, it wasn't a good movie, and you can tell that Elvis is fed up with below standard film scripts, Elvis was a brilliant singer and actor, and he should have been given more serious roles, to bring out his acting ability.
I am a huge fan of Elvis, he is absolutely gorgeous, just like the songs he sang

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots more songs for you

Again lots of songs, some questionable in the original films but as always as well done by anyone as is possible. The usual
format of man fighting against the elements of mythical female attention - don't we wish? Mainly intended in keeping the money
making face in the public eye and the cash registers of the film studio ticking over. No Elvis collection will ever be complete it
would seem, since the releasing of studio out-takes, some only really interesting to technical geeks knowing how each song was developed from the initial take into the finished product. Few of the songs featured in any "later" Elvis films would become audio
hits except in more recent times when previously nondescript numbers have been re-vamped by electronic means to relate more
to the modern taste.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Mixed Bag

Reviewed in the United Kingdom πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ on August 26, 2009

This CD combines the songs from Elvis' last few movies, which had noticably less songs in them than his pervious films (in fact, "Charro!" only had one song in it, played during the opening credits). Nevertheless, and disregarding the films box office performances, there are some good songs here. "Almost" and "Almost in Love" are Elvis trying his hand at being a pop-crooner, and work better than you'd expect. "A Little Less Conversation", in a very different mix than the two versions on this disc, would chart in the Top 10 in much of the world decades later. "Edge of Reality" is the only psychedelic-type song Elvis would ever record, and it ain't half-bad. Even songs as fluffy as "Have a Happy" and "Let's be Friends" are listenable, even if they are far from his best. Admittedly there is some stuff that only the most dedicated Elvis fans will desire (case in point being "Signs Of The Zodiac", which barely features Elvis at all), but considering it's dire reputation, a suprisingly amount of this is not only worth listening but also worth owning.

4.0 out of 5 stars on to better things

the last albums from the last presley movies. Some good tracks here but you can tell there is a change in the air. The quality of the recording is very good. Some upbeat lounge music here. I feel that we dont need to hear 'A little less conversation' twice though evenn if one is a few seconds longer. A must for the collector of the king.

I.m mark Richardson 58 mark disabled and have a broken leg at moment I like rock'n'roll music-bier-wine.+good chocolate.
