The staffs are friendly. The hotel is centrally located to the most NOLA tourist attractions and there are lots of restaurants and shoppings around the area. You can walk from the hotel to Jackson square and around the area but some of the streets are felty and there are some homeless sleeping on the streets that is common in New Orleans. You can also take an Uber for $10. They have a valet parking but it’s expensive considering that the room charge is already high. There are no free water bottles in the room but they sale it at the market lobby for $3 which is over priced. The hotel room is spacious and clean.

Great location, did have issues attitude of staff which was less than desirable. Arrived toward 8:30pm and was not greeted and did not feel welcome, had this similar tone anytime walking past front desk. Won’t be staying here again for that reason.
