Minimum Qualifications Either: 1a. Two years of full-time, paid experience employed by the County of Sacramento in the class of Human Services Specialist; Or: 2. A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university with at least 24 semester or 36 quarter upper division units in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling or other field closely related to the intent of the class. General Qualifications Background/Criminal History:The County may access criminal history information on candidates who have accepted a conditional offer of appointment for this class consistent with the provisions of Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 82-602, Personnel Policies and Procedures B-5, and applicable federal and state laws.
