Country inn and suites lino lakes mn

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Minneapolis North/Blaine is located in Blaine, 25 km from Target Field and 29 km from TCF Bank Stadium. Staff were kind & cheerful. Room was clean & spacious, with a lovely view of a field/trees & the sunrise. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh scrambled eggs, waffles, Greek yogurt & fresh fruit. Hotel was new & modern, with pleasant decor. It is located near major roads, with stores & restaurants, but it felt secluded & quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!

  • 5Cassandra R. 8 months agoUnbelievable deal! Had to do a longer stay and this place is great. Nice rooms, good breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, relaxing pool/hot tub area. They go above and beyond in a way that a lot of other hotels don’t post-covid. Would definitely recommend!
  • 5Rollie D. 4 months agoAfter DJing a wedding in the Twin Cities, I was looking for a place to come to that was out of Monday morning rush hour, and this hotel took the ticket. A very nice hotel to come to after a wedding. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, and nice hot tub!
  • 5Glenn B. 4 months agoWas a very good place to stay. and professional staff. Could use a little updating but all was good. Did not eat breakfast because we left before it was open.
  • 5Mason W. 3 months agoO love this place so my mom and dad went there and the the pool was sadly closed but they god a discount for a free room for one night and it was whatever room you wanted to have and we chose a suite and boom just like that we got a suite for free and the pool was open. Thanks Country Inn & Suites For at his A-some Stay!!
  • 3Dylan T. 6 months agoTL:DR: We basically both agreed that if we were to stay another night. we would find a different place to stay. When we first arrived the front desk person must've been smoking weed in the back room, the entire entry way smelled like dank; not the best first impression after a long drive. Our room was decent, a/c worked well and the shower was alright. The rest of the hotel had carpeting that was super dated/worn and the outside of the rooms looked like it was from 1999 for the most part. It really seemed like the whole place needed a REALLY deep cleaning. When we checked out the next morning the front desk person was different and the weed smell was gone, she was courteous and what you would expect in a professional environment, kudos to her. Didn't even want to try the pool if the rest of the hotel was kept to this standard. Morning breakfast was just what you would expect, nothing out of the ordinary there.
  • 3Jenna F. 8 months agoRoom was clean. The employees were very nice and quick with any assistance needed. Pool room has no bathroom or shower. I actually don't think there is a public restroom near it. Also it is not the cleanest. Couple dead bugs& dirt in the pool. Also seems to be a shortage of towels in pool
  • 2Ellen S. 6 months agoThis place is more like a super 8 than a country inn and suites. Ripped curtains, none of the advertised greeting items such as water and cookies, old bathroom fixtures-toilet and tub are really low, shower curtain not wide enough, very loud and heavy doors, weak Wi-Fi. People were outside the front entrance were smoking and swearing loudly for hours. Front desk did nothing to stop it. NOT family or senior citizen friendly.
  • 2Jennifer R. 3 months agoRoom smelled gross and was wet on the carpet all around the AC unit. Never cleared the stink out. Just barf. No blankets! Nope. Just sheets. How special. The price and convenience was NOT worth it.
  • 2Chelsey O. 4 months agoCheapest hotel in the area and now I know why. Generally very lazy upkeep and maintenance of the building. Both our bathroom and front door were installed poorly and shut poorly. Toilet flushed weakly and poorly and required multiple flushes just for urine. The toilet paper holder was awkwardly far away from the toilet. Shower curtain torn. Old TV. Uncomfortable bed. Numerous dents in the wall. Dated decor. Old curtain rod still hanging on the wall despite it being unused and unnecessary. Pool was closed but due to general appearance of the hotel and rooms, I suspect this has been an ongoing issue. We had a whirlpool in our room but the tiles surrounding it were loose, so I suspect there's trapped moisture and mold underneath. I have medication that requires refrgieration. I luckily decided to keep it in my purse all day and not refrigerate it till later. We did put several sodas in the fridge before we left for the afternoon. Came back to them FROZEN AND EXPLODED. It was a huge mess to clean up and my sodas were ruined. It would have been an absolute nightmare had my very expensive medication been in there and I needed to rush to replace it.
