  9. Move your router to within 20 feet of your Chromecast.
  10. Factory reset your Chromecast.

Hi, I get this message and cannot reconnect my chromecast to my phone. It was connected before, but was accidently deleted. I see the name if the chromecast on my app, see the number on the TV screen, but when I click yes it gives me this message. Tried rebooting the device, the app, the router, nothing helps.
