Le Jog Per Ardua Ad InfinitumTrial

• Event Description: Considered by crews as one of the most demanding and challenging events in Europe and a definite to be ticked on your “must do” events list! HERO’s Land’s End to John O’Groats Reliability Trial is open to cars of a specification built before 1986. Running in December, tough conditions are to be expected, but no-one crosses the finish line without a smile on their face. The event has been tackled and completed by novice crews in the past, however, we would recommend undertaking less advanced events as a preparatory measure prior to competing on Le Jog.

BROOKLANDS NEW YEARS DAY GATHERING 2023

• Event Description: Our New Year's Classics Parade will take place over two days, and see 50 classic cars and motorbikes take part in vehicle displays and a 'People's Choice' Concours competition, with the chance to win a Brooklands prize at the end of the event. The Brooklands Restaurant will open, tables must be pre-booked by emailing . There will also be plenty of food and refreshment stalls around the site. The Museum's exhibitions and activities will be fully open on both days, so it is guaranteed to be a great day out for all the family. Tickets will be released shortly, so please sign up for our newsletter for the release date and more great news about Brooklands. Whilst current COVID guidelines mean we can't do our normal New Year's Day meet, we are planning to hold a large-scale classic gathering, as soon as COVID restrictions are lifted.

These will again be in action to re-enact this scene from the film and there will be James Bond music, films (including A View to a Kill and also period documentaries about the filming at the Museum), new exhibition boards about our James Bond connections near the tunnel entrance, and for our younger visitors there will be a brand new code-breaking trail around the site.

Classic VS Supercar Meet Staffordshire

As it is a new venue I am not expecting miracles for the first show, but by been in the scene for 15+ years I am sure I can round up a good 50+ cars through people I know and clubs that I am a member of, and if another 30+ attend through advertising I will be happy. There will be food & stalls on site and the market is surrounded by pubs and restaurants in the village. I will be hiring bouncy castles etc so is child friendly. We just want to create a nice local meet in a nice area, it really has the potential to be big with the venue size, there is indoor and outdoor space for traders and cars etc.

After a day of blistering Run What You Brung action, we will be awarding prizes to the fastest of the cars in each of the classes. Away from the race track, there will be a show & shine area for pre 1963 vehicles and traders corale. Add to that a party on Friday evening, with the Fuzillis headlining in the Fuellers bar, and you're in for a corker of a weekend. The Vintage Nationals is open to all for spectating.
