How To Log In to Your Regions Bank Account From a Computer

If you’re already enrolled in online banking at Regions, logging in from a computer is a simple process.

Logging In

1. Go to the Regions homepage.
2. Enter your username.
3. Check the “Remember Me” box to have your username auto-filled each time you log in from the same device.
4. Click “Log In.”
5. Enter your password.
6. Click “Log In” once more.

How To Enroll in Regions Online Personal Banking

If you want to enroll a personal Regions account in online banking, you can sign up in just a few minutes.

1. Go to the Regions homepage.
2. In the Online Banking login box, click on “Enroll in Online Banking.”
3. Provide the requested personal information, including your Social Security number, email address and phone number.
4. Select “Personal Banking” unless you also need to enroll for online business account access.
5. Select either “Checking or Savings” or “Other Regions Accounts Only.” By selecting “Other Regions Accounts Only,” you will choose your account type from a drop-down list of account options.
6. Enter all requested information for your chosen account type.
7. Read and accept the agreement on electronic communications and disclosures.
8. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
9. Create an online ID and password.
10. Select and answer three security questions.
11. Click “Next” to complete enrollment.

How To Log In to Your Regions Bank Account From a Mobile Phone or Tablet

You can download the Regions mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

Once you have downloaded and installed the app, simply launch it and enter your username and password on the home screen to log in. Turn on “Remember Username?” to have your username auto-filled each time you log in from the same mobile device.

How To Recover a Forgotten Username or Reset Your Password

To recover your Regions username:

1. Go to the Regions homepage.
2. In the Online Banking login box, click on the “Forgot Username?” link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and your Social Security number.
4. Click “Find Username.”

To reset your Regions password:

1. Go to the Regions homepage.
2. In the Online Banking login box, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
3. Enter your username.
4. Select your account type or card.
5. Enter your Regions account or card number.
6. Enter your Social Security number.
7. Click the “Continue” button and follow the prompts to reset your password.

How To Use Your Regions Online Banking Login 

With your Regions online banking login, you can perform several account management tasks from your home computer or on the go with the Regions mobile app, including:

• Viewing, downloading and printing statements
• Transferring money between your eligible accounts
• Paying bills
• Sending and receiving money with Zelle
• Setting account alerts
• Making deposits using the mobile app
