Custom home builders know the answer does not lie with minimum price, square footage, or architectural style. Rather it lies in the elevated standards of design, superior craftsmanship, and exquisite products. As one of Kansas City’s finest custom home builders, you know when you are creating a structure that is transcendent for both you and your client. When you meet that mark, the home qualifies as an Artisan Home. A maximum of 15 homes will be accepted.

Early deadline to enter is June 1, 2021 (Application + $1,000 Deposit, total entry fee of $9,900)

Regular deadline to enter is July 1, 2021 (Application + $2,000 Deposit, total entry fee of $10,900)

Late deadline to enter is Aug. 1, 2021 (Application + $3,000 Deposit, total entry fee of $11,900)

The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City is proud to host the 2022 Artisan Home Tour, a showcase of Kansas City’s finest custom home builders and the unique and impeccable qualities of their one-of-a-kind homes. Presented by Ferguson / Samsung, the Artisan Home Tour is a ticketed tour with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the event’s charitable partner, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

NOTE: Home #10 is not open Sunday, June 19.

Tour Days/Hours: Friday through Sunday from noon to 7:00 p.m.
Artisan Guides: Will be available at the KCHBA at I-435 & Holmes or at any of the homes once the tour begins.
