I tripped over torn up carpet on the floor. The remote to my tv didn’t work at all I called for another remote no one never showed
up. My door didn’t lock properly and the sheets have not been washed there were stains all over the sheets. I have not yet to receive my deposit back from the la Quinta. I saw at least 5 drug sells I smelled weed in the hallway all day and the bathroom tub has mold build up so bad me and my kids couldn’t even shower. I will NEVER book here again. They
went upon and beyond their duties to make my stay pleasant. They did the best they could, with what they have. The building is horribly outdated, and damaged in places. Dirty carpeting, cracks and tubs that should be replaced or at least resurfaced. I killed a cockroach inside the closet upon arrival. I was concerned that I'd bring some friends home. I most likely will not stay again but will say the staff deserve a better property to work in, with the level of service they provide.
