Fantastic location within easy walking distance of all the main sights of Manhattan & close to the subway if you want to travel further afield. Good-sized, clean, well-equipped room (only downside was the rather nosy fridge!) and excellent breakfast each morning included in the price. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Comfortable Clean Rooms

The rooms are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. They are also decorated in a modern and clean style and are fitted with numerous amenities that will replicate the comforts of home. All suites come with a well-equipped kitchen that guests can use to self-cater. The beds provided are very comfortable and well-sized and the bathrooms are modern and clean as well.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guest feel welcome upon arrival. They will happily accommodate guests' requests or queries and are happy to provide information and recommendations about the city itself.

The room was small for a kitchenette room, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. There was wide variety of breakfast choices. Location was an easy walk. Would stay again

This was a great hotel! It was close to everything we wanted to go to. We went to NYC for Christmas to see all the decor. I highly recommend NYC at Christmas. This hotel had a great breakfast, polite staff and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative report I have is the elevators. They took forever and they are very small. Other than that, it was perfect and I would recommend this hotel over and over again!

They let us keep our luggage in a safe closet before we could check in and after check-out so we could explore NY longer. Great breakfast. They let us check in 2 hrs earlier. Clean room! Great location. Parking accross the street for 2 days was $130. I would definitely stay here again. Great location for Broadway shows and Times Square, everything within walking distance.
